Tournament Organizers

The Turlock Convention & Visitors Bureau is your number one resource for planning your next sporting event. The CVB can assist you in the following areas:

• Support event rights-holders and planners with information on area facilities, hotels, local sports organizations and any other areas that may arise.
• Arrange site inspections of sports venues and hotels.
• Obtain proposals and room blocks from Turlock hotels.
• Serve as a contact between the event rights-holder and the local host organization(s) or venue(s).
• Provide tournament/event planning assistance. 
• Provide custom maps and directions for travel between your venue(s), hotels and other area attractions.
  
• Provide free collateral materials to parents and athletes, such as visitor's guides, maps, restaurant discounts, giveaways and more.
• Assist in marketing your event with free advertising and press releases.
